Hemorrhoidal Multi-Band Ligator with Triview

To be used to ligate internal Haemorrhoids, facilitated by an Anoscope. To be used in adult patients only. The Short Shot Multi-Band Ligators come preloaded with 4 rubber bands that are 99.9% latex free. The handle has a built-in suction port & suction tube connector. The product is supplied non-sterile and is disposable – intended for single use only. The bands have a shelf life of 1 year. Body diameter is 6” x 15mm with a body length of 5”x12.7cm. Comes with a pre-assembled Triview anoscope and obturator.

HEMOSPRAY

Used for haemostasis of nonvariceal acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency cases and/ or in cases of chronic diffused bleeding of fragile tissue such as in malignancies. A mineral powder that is a nonthermal, nontraumatic, noncontact and nonspecific targeting modality and can be used through a flexible Gastroscope with a minimum assessory channel of between 2.8-3.7mm. The device is supplied sterile and is disposable – intended for single use only. The device comes preassembled with a CO-2 gas cylinder. Each package contains 2 x 220cm long catheters. No additional materials required for usage. 3-year shelf life.

Instinct Hemoclip

An Instinct Endoscopic Haemostasis Clip with a wide adjustable 16 mm opening and a 360 degree bidirectional rotation. Included is a flexible 230cm catheter without a removable sheath, and anchoring tips for a secure grasp on both side of the clip. Internal Nitinol strips strengthen and stabilize clip arms while ensuring adjustable opening and closing up to five times. The clip is MR conditional under a static magnetic field of 3.0Tesla or less and a maximum spatial magnetic gradient of 1600Gauss/cm or less conditions. Instinctive one-step clip detachment. Clip has an opening strength of 800g and a closing strength of 400g. A patient card is provided with each device. To be used through a minimum accessory channel of 2.8mm.

SAEED MULTI-BAND LIGATOR -4, 6, 10 SHOOTER

Used to endoscopically ligate internal oesophageal varices at or above the gastroesophageal junction or to ligate internal haemorrhoids. To be used with a gastroscope or colonoscope. The Multi-Band Ligators comes preloaded with 4/6 or 10 x rubber bands that are 99.9% latex free. Opti-Vu barrel features a two-sting trigger cord of 122/142 cm and recessed bands, providing maximum endoscopic view while maintaining suction. The 2nd last band is a clear band to indicate that one band is left to be deployed. The product is supplied non-sterile and is disposable – intended for single use only. Fit minimum assessory channel of 2.8mm
